"My question today had to do with the BILLING restructuring. It was frustrating on my end and somewhat complicated because they've divided my billing into medical and other and then couldn't seem to put the right amount on the right policy. Nancy was efficient, cheerful encouraging and followed through on each of my policies to ensure the correct billing number was applied to them. Now hopefully I won't have to receive letters and emails every month telling me my insurance is cancelled I know it's a little thing - but not really. Nancy's patience and follow through has made me pleased that I continue to be a State Farm customer"
