"Switched from Tesla Insurance after moving to the area. Liam did a great job giving me a comparable policy for my auto and rv. And he managed to get me a renters policy as well- all for only $30 more than what I was used to paying. (Which is incredible if anyone is familiar with Tesla's rates, as I've never once seen any other company beat them.)"

"I needed some info regarding my deductible so I accessed my account on line. I was not able to find what I needed so I entered a chat session with someone from Corporate. Huge mistake - they made it a must larger issue than it needed to be, and wound up telling me to call a glass vendor for the info I needed. Huh? I decided to call my agent - the David Strasser agency - and talked to Christina Mundell. She had my information at hand and immediately answered my question. I should have called her first but it was such a simple question I didn't wasn't to bother the ageent. Next time I'll call Christina."
