"I usually have a very good experience with Statefarm but I am unhappy about what happened yesterday. I have been with Statefarm for just over a year now and so far have not had any issues. Yesterday I called to add a second vehicle to my policy and my main concern was keeping my monthly premium as low as possible. Nancy assisted me and helped getting the second vehicle added to my policy. After repeatedly mentioning that I want to reduce my premium, Nancy proceeded to add something called "supplemental health insurance plus" policy for me and my husband. When I asked if this will cost me more, she said no. Today I checked my account online and I see a new policy has been added with an additional premium for both me and my husband. I am very shocked and disappointed that this was not communicated to me yesterday. I called the office again today and Spencer was able to help me get the supplemental health insurance plus policy taken off for both me and my husband. I have yet to see my premium payments being refunded to me. I have never had a bad experience so this was very surprising and disappointing overall. I really like Statefarm and would love to continue giving them my business but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope this is resolved for me and I am able to return to a positive experience again."
